Return Of Goods

The Nikol's Inclusive ensures the quality of products is guaranteed and this begins our partnership with our suppliers and continues throughout the company.
Our company accepts product returns in the following cases:

-If you receive a defective product.

-In case the product is different and does not agree with its description on our website.

-In case the product does not satisfy you (does not apply to all products). In case you have doubts about the quality or appearance of the product you should be informed by the sales department if the products you want to order can be returned and then proceed to order. Also for all products you can ask for detailed details and in most products there is the possibility of sending samples before the final order

In cases 1. and 2. you must contact us within 5 working days from the date of receipt of your order and inform us about the problem. One of our partners will inform you about how to replace the products and the shipping cost is borne by us. After the end of 5 working days the cost is borne by the customer.

In case 3. if you have been informed (before placing the order) that the received products can be returned then within 5 working days from the receipt of the order you should talk to the sales department to arrange the return. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns after 5 days are not accepted.

The following applies to all the above cases:

-All products must be intact in their original packaging.
-Packaging must not be violated.
To be accompanied by sales documents.
-Returns are made only in case 2. For case 3. refunds are made only if all the conditions of the case 3 are met. In other cases the customer is credited the amount of the value of the products returned for future purchases by our company.
